Jays launches music headset for iPhone 4

Swedish Jays AB (publ) has reinforced its new range of a-JAYS headphones with a-JAYS Four iPhone. This custom headset has been designed specifically for the iPhone 4 and comes equipped with a simple control with three buttons with a secure grip on one of the headphone cords.

The buttons control
- Answer and termination of calls
- Volume
- Music and video playback (including pause and next / previous track)
- Recording of voice memos with compatible devices.

The a-JAYS Four iPhone headset is also compatible with 3G iPhone 3Gs. a-JAYS Four iPhone has the superior sound of the a-JAYS Three, with a refined midrange for optimum voice transmission and is supplemented by a new, custom-built, silicon microphone. The headset features secure grip buttons and a newly developed, angled 3.5mm plug. It also has a flat, tangle-free cord and will be available in black and white."It's really exciting for us to be able to offer a musically powerful earphone that is specially tailored to the iPhone, which generates masses of attention every time it is updated. We've moved to Stockholm!

It's been some really busy weeks lately. We have among other things moved our R&D office to Stockholm, so from now on you will find us at Åsögatan 121 at Södermalm. The facilities of the old S:t Eriks brewery. It's a great inspiring place and you can be sure to see some great products coming out from here in the future.

t-JAYS Series launched.
Our dynamic driver flagship series comes equipped with its warm and detailed sound signature, a wide frequency response and a lot of new exciting functions. Despite its powerful 10mm dynamic driver we manageed to keep the form very slim, similar to our armature earphone line-up. The angled sound tube and the cable position make the earphones fit firmly inside the external ear. All this on top of the fact that you can wear them with the cable straight down or behind your ears make them very practical when exercising. You can even wear them under a helmet.

Just like our a-JAYS Series they come in three different versions with differently tuned sound, different amount of accessories and different earphone finish. The cable is dividable on all three models to suit your needs. Simply remove the extension cable to avoid tangled cables when keeping your media player in your chest pocket or using them with an arm held media solution.

The t-JAYS Series also come in our newly developed hardcase box well suited for use as travel case or safe storing.

We're launching our new a-JAYS Series today.
We started working on the a-JAYS project with the idea of making some really affordable in-ear earphones without compromising on the build/audio quality. When developing new products at JAYS we believe that if something is worth doing - it is worth doing right. And we're very happy with the outcome of the a-JAYS. Hope you like them too!

The a-JAYS Series is bursting with product innovations such as the flat tangle-free TPE cable. Its width of 5mm makes it the widest flat earphone cable on the market giving your earphones an unique look.
All a-JAYS models also come in our newly developed hard case retail box. We made this re-sealable so you can use it for storing your earphones or use as a travel case which will fit all your accessories. a-JAYS Three also comes with a smaller hard case travel case that will snugly fit your earphones while on the go.

Today we're launching our q-JAYS Custom molds which will be available for order early April. So whether you want to experience your music collection at its most or use as personal monitors for stage performances - this is the perfect solution.

They're made in collaboration with Bellman & Symfon and are each uniquely made to fit your ears. The advantages are taylor-made fit, full isolation and the best sound possible coming out of your q-JAYS dual armature earphones. They're available in 8 different colors including black, transparent and a discreet beige (skin color). You can also, just like with our q-JAYS, use the molds with cable going straight down or upside down with the cable going behind your ears. This way you can get get rid of all cables and reduce undesired microphonics to a minimum.
