Warranty Claim information

If the product is not bought in the JAYS Online Store and you need to make a warranty claim then contact the reseller that sold you the product. If they for some reason cannot support you during the warranty period then please contact your local distributor. JAYS, retailers and distributors all require a valid proof of purchase (receipt) in order to handle the warranty claim. The Limited Warranty Terms can be found here.
