Warranty claim information

We can only handle warranty claims directly if your products have been purchased from the JAYS Online store. If you did not buy the product from the JAYS Online Store, please contact the reseller that sold you the product to make the warranty claim. However, if for any reason they cannot help you, please contact your local distributor. In order to handle the warranty claim, a valid proof of purchase (receipt) is required by JAYS, our retailers and distributors.
