Jays teams up with Samsung

Jays has signed an agreement with Samsung, the world's largest manufacturer of smartphones. The deal sees Jays and Samsung team up for a number of joint promotional activities during February 2012.

The Swedish headphone manufacturer has long had a strong presence in Asia and the new partnership with Samsung will give Jays a further boost. Samsung is the world's largest manufacturer of smartphones by volume, with a 24% market share and 28 million phones sold in Q3 2011 alone. The cooperation will see Jays’ award-winning v-JAYS being marketed together with selected products across Samsung´s 691 stores and with its other retailers in Korea during February.

Jays shares to be traded on NASDAQ OMX First North

NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has approved Jays AB (publ) (“the Company”) to list on NASDAQ OMX First North. The first day of trading in shares and warrants (TO 2) on the NASDAQ OMX First North will be December 19, 2011.

The Board of Directors of Jays AB (publ) believes that a listing of the Company's shares on First North provides a solid foundation for more liquid trading in the Company's shares that will attract more attention from investors, partners and other stakeholders. Overall the listing on NASDAQ OMX First North will facilitate the Company´s continued development and expansion.

Jays teams up with Tesco in the UK

Swedish Jays AB (publ) has boosted its international expansion by signing an agreement with one of the world's largest retailers, Tesco UK. The cooperation will see Jays product line sold online via Tesco Direct.

The Swedish headphone manufacturer Jays AB (publ) has long had a strong position in the UK and now consolidates this further with the Tesco partnership. Tesco was founded in 1919 and currently has over 5,000 stores in 14 countries and a strong presence on the internet. While Tesco Extra provides a wide range of products, Tesco Home Plus focuses on non-groceries. The cooperation between Jays and Tesco sees Jays products sold through Tesco Direct online,
which sells some of the biggest brand names in consumer electronics.

Jays makes mobiles musical with Phone House

Swedish Jays develops its home market with a cooperation agreement with Phone House. The deal will see Sweden's largest independent reseller of mobile phones stock Jays entire product line across its 112 stores.

Swedish headphone manufacturer Jays has had an incredible year with continued success in the international market thanks to its Mobile Music concept and a-JAYS Four and t-JAYS Four models for Apple iPhone, iPhone and iPod. Most recently, it also attracted attention with the new a-JAYS One+, adapted for use with all platforms and with additional features available via an innovative Android app. Jays is now taking another step forward at home in cooperation with the largest independent retailer of mobile phones, Phone House. Phone House was one of the very first Swedish retailers to focus on telephony and started as GEAB in Stockholm in 1984, now owned by Carphone Warehouse, Europe's largest mobile phone retailer. Phone House will stock Jays products in all of its 112 stores across Sweden.
