Transferator acquires 20% of the Swedish earphone producer Jays AB

Transferator AB (publ) invests in the Swedish earphone producer Jays AB. This investment, followed at Jays by new directed share issue offered both to the existing shareholders of Transferator AB and the public, will gain capital to fund the further development of continued international launch of Jays product line.

Transferator AB, a Swedish investment company, has acquired 20% of the outstanding shares in Jays AB from venture capital fund Creandum. Jays AB is now with a broaden shareholder base facing a new share issue prior to a stock market listing of the Jays shares. Prior the new share issue Transferator will own 20%, Creandum 20% and Transferators shareholders, through a share distribution, app. 27% of Jays AB. The rest part of Jays AB is owned mostly by personnel and management. More details such as record day, conditions etc. regarding the share distribution in Jays AB offered to Transferators shareholders are to be announced shortly by Transferator AB.
