Jays announces listing on AktieTorget, the Equities Market Place
Jays AB (publ), the Swedish manufacturer of high quality earphones, is releasing a number of shares for listing on AktieTorget until 15 April 2010, in a move to strengthen its capital base for international expansion and to support the launch of a new product line.
This new stock is being released for a maximum of 10 million Swedish Crowns to the company’s shareholders and the Swedish general public. There is a signed guarantee agreement of up to eight million Swedish Crowns, and the first day of trading is expected to be 11 May 2010.

This spring award-winning Swedish earphone manufacturer Jays is launching a-JAYS, a great value high quality earphone made in three different specifications at three different price levels.

Transferator acquires 20% of the Swedish earphone producer Jays AB
Transferator AB (publ) invests in the Swedish earphone producer Jays AB. This investment, followed at Jays by new directed share issue offered both to the existing shareholders of Transferator AB and the public, will gain capital to fund the further development of continued international launch of Jays product line.
Transferator AB, a Swedish investment company, has acquired 20% of the outstanding shares in Jays AB from venture capital fund Creandum. Jays AB is now with a broaden shareholder base facing a new share issue prior to a stock market listing of the Jays shares. Prior the new share issue Transferator will own 20%, Creandum 20% and Transferators shareholders, through a share distribution, app. 27% of Jays AB. The rest part of Jays AB is owned mostly by personnel and management. More details such as record day, conditions etc. regarding the share distribution in Jays AB offered to Transferators shareholders are to be announced shortly by Transferator AB.

Jays launching seven new products
Jays AB, the Swedish earphone producer, expands its product range with two new series and one new prestige model which make remarkable product summary for 2010 season range.
The new series a-JAYS and t-JAYS will be released to the market in the first quarter of 2010. Both models will be available in three different styles with different sound features and varied amount of accessories. Desiged as the previous JAYS models with a strong influence from the nature, the models are supplied with a new multiuse protective travel case.

Jays enters distribution agreement with Luthman Scandinavia
The Swedish earphone producer Jays AB enters distribution agreement for all of its range of products with the largest Scandinavian market operator in the field of music instrument and equipment, Luthman Scandinavia.
Luthman Scandinavia is both the leading Scandinavian distributor and retailer in the field of music instruments and equipment and general agent for many of the worlds leading brands in this field. Luthman also runs two of northern Europe´s biggest chains of stores for music instruments, Musikborsen and 4 Sound.
