"The t-JAYS One earphones are loud, produce excellent clarity and bass, and, best of all, they are very small. Even though they are designed to plug in to your ear, they are very comfortable. However, you have to make sure you use the correct rubber sleeve size. The bottom line is, these earphones should be at the top of your shopping list if you value excellent audio quality and portability."

"Compared to competitors like Bose, Sony, and Pioneer, the JAYS company is relatively new to the audio device market, but the a-JAYS One headphones are a great introduction to a fine product line of ear bud sets. Targeted specifically for people who want great quality and performance for an affordable price, this model is one of the best values for the average consumer."

"Sound from the headphones' 8.6mm speakers is very impressive, considering the affordable price tag. Bass is rich but not too overpowering, with slick basslines that may sometimes be neglected by other earphones projected loud and clear. Snare drums, smooth synths and fine details in the music were all clearly audible. Mid-tones and treble are well-balanced. For such a little pair of earphones, the a-Jays Two exceeded our expectations when it came to sound quality."

"The a-Jays Three are amazing headphones for the price. Sound quality, bass and build quality are all right where they need to be to put these ear buds at the top of the pack in their price range. The packaging and included accessories that come with the a-Jays are top notch, and more than you would typically get from a set of earbuds in this price range. The a-Jays Three come highly recommended."

"Certainly, there's nothing to complain about as regards the overall package. The a-Jays Three earphones themselves come along with five different silicone tips, a hard plastic carrying case, an aeroplane adaptor and a stereo splitter. We've seen far more expensive earphones come with far fewer accessories. Some may prefer to think that every last penny is going into the quality of the actual earphones, but we think a good bundle makes for better value for money. The earphones themselves are a little unusual, featuring flat cables, which look interesting of nothing else. Supposedly this tagliatelle-like design stops the wiring from turning into mess of cable spaghetti when coiled up in a pocket or case and in practice it seems to work."

"För att testa hur A-jays Three står sig jämförde vi med Apples originallurar som följer med Ipod Touch och Iphone, Apples Inear-lurar och Skullcandys Full metal jacket chrome. Alla lurar har testats med en Iphone där equalizern varit avslagen.
A-jays Three slår alla i jämförelsen med marginal.
Främst är det basen som skiljer. Basljudet i A-jays Three är mycket bra. Både Steely Dans Babylon Sisters och Pink Floyds Comfortably Numb låter som riktig bas, live. OK, det är gamla låtar, men båda är mycket bra för att testa basåtergivningen."

February 2007, USA

"Where d-JAYS really stood out was in the sound department. While we generally have a preference for neutral earphones, which are designed to let users self-equalize their music by taste or genre rather than forcing a certain signature sound across multiple types of music, we found JAYS’ balance - judiciously enhanced bass and treble relative to the ER-6i and Cerulean X1 - to be very pleasing from song to song, regardless of genre."

v-JAYS Headphones

The Sunday Times - 5/5

The Sunday Times - 5/5

August 2010, United Kingdom

"At just over 2oz, these are about as light as full-size headphones get. They are very flexible and the thin cable never gets in your way. The semi-open-backed design locks out the worst of the noise of the outside world, but not as effectively as the V-Modas’ closed back. Foam earpads and a slim headband make for an easy fit. The sound is superb: despite their low price, the v-Jays beat all but the Sennheisers on sound, being full of detail and emotion. Whatever music you choose, they let the recording shine through without a hint of hardness."

Touch My Apps - Kiss it

November 2009, USA

"Grab ‘em! The v-Jays is priced attractively enough that it warrants a buy. Is it the best-sounding headphone in the world? No, but for the price, it is certainly among the very best in a competitive class, and considering the market, one of the most balanced hardware releases. If you like bass, the v-Jays will satisfy unless your tastes drop to subwoofer levels, or you prefer less lean and more flab. Mid and high frequencies are also very good and only slightly recessed in comparison; indeed, the v-Jays may be one of the most realistic listens in the sub 100$ market. It is also made better than most of its competitors, giving it an edge or two on offerings from Sennheiser, Koss, and Ultrasone. What it lacks is a carrying case – an item which would make this headphone one of the easiest kisses at TMA. As it is, the v-Jays is too strong a contender to sit happily with its many peers in the Grab category, but it perfect. Good on ya Jays!"
